How long does shipping take?
We ship from Germany (warehouse near Hamburg). Orders usually arrive within 4–5 business days. Worldwide shipping is available — international delivery times may vary slightly.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days to return it — no questions asked, no fine print. Simply return the item unworn and in its original condition, and we'll refund your money.
What payment methods are available?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna (incl. purchase on account), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are encrypted and secure.
What do "Season" and "Drop" mean?
We release our pieces in seasons — each with its own theme. Each season is strictly limited. The current one is Chrome Season (Drop 004).
Will a sold-out item be restocked?
No. What is sold out in one season will not be re-produced. If it's gone, it's gone — that's why our drops are strictly limited.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its delivery.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your package hasn't been shipped yet, yes. Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number — we'll take care of it.
How do I care for my MIA-XOXO pieces?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth — this keeps the surface shiny. No harsh cleaners. This will keep each piece looking new for a long time.
Are you a German company?
Yes. MIA XOXO is a German label, founded and operated from near Hamburg — our warehouse is also located here. Short distances, fast shipping, German support.
